A few years ago I packed some of her products for a business trip during a genuinely hard stretch at work (which I've written about in my newsletter), without thinking about it.<\/p><p>Somewhere between meetings, I opened my bag and saw her label sitting there, and it changed the whole day. Having something from someone who cared about me, even in that small physical form, made the distance and the difficulty easier to carry.<\/p><p>That moment stuck with me.<\/p><p>Readers of this newsletter often tell me they've been told they read too much into things, that they're too sensitive, that words are just words.
